Collegio San Giuseppe
Torino

Founded in 1875 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, San Giuseppe College is located in the center of the city of Turin. From the 1984–85 school year, the College—originally reserved for male students only—opened its doors to female students as well. The College offers families and students a broad and comprehensive educational program: it nurtures both culture and the individual, ensuring that an up-to-date cultural education aligned with the demands of the modern world is matched by spiritual formation that enables students to face life with awareness and confidence.
The educational programs offered include Preschool, Primary School, Lower Secondary School, and Scientific High School. Alongside the regular morning curriculum, students may obtain Cambridge English certifications at various levels.
The College also offers summer language study programs abroad for students from Primary School through High School, with accommodation options in boarding schools or host families.
The school environment is characterized by a spirit of committed serenity, offering a model of life while fully respecting each individual’s freedom of personal choice. The Institute provides facilities that ensure students—from early childhood through graduation—not only a balanced and serene school routine, but also opportunities to practice various sports, participate in high-level cultural initiatives, and experience a comprehensive educational environment. Students can study several foreign languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, and Chinese.
The campus includes a central library with 32,000 volumes and three subject-specific libraries for each school division, a historic theater with 378 seats, language and computer laboratories, chemistry and physics laboratories, several museums within the Institute, an art room, a music room, and a conference hall.
The sports center is regularly used by all students during both school and extracurricular hours and includes a swimming pool, a multipurpose gymnasium, and an outdoor five-a-side football field.
