ETHICAL CODE

The Code of Ethics and Conduct of the Italian Province of the Brothers of the Christian Schools guides all members of the Institute—including Brothers, teachers, educators, employees, collaborators, and volunteers—in adhering to ethical and behavioral standards.

The Code aims to promote respect for human dignity, the protection of minors and vulnerable individuals, and the creation of a healthy and safe working and learning environment. It emphasizes the Institute’s commitment to preventing abuse, safeguarding privacy and personal data, and protecting intellectual property.

Furthermore, the Code outlines the procedures to be followed in cases of suspected violations, establishing that all actions must comply with Italian law and canon law, with the goal of upholding Evangelical values and the Lasallian educational mission.

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

The Code of Ethics and Conduct of the Italian Province of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, located in Rome, Italy, guides all members of the Institute—including Brothers, teachers, educators, employees, collaborators, and volunteers—in adhering to ethical and behavioral standards.

In addition, the Code outlines procedures to be followed in cases of suspected violations, establishing that all actions must comply with Italian law and canon law, with the aim of upholding Evangelical values and the Lasallian educational mission.

The Child Protection Policy (CPP) represents a formal commitment by the Italian Province FSC to safeguard the rights of minors through preventive, educational, and operational measures, with the goal of creating a safe and protected environment for all young people entrusted to their care.

GPR125- GENDER EQUALITY

The PDR125 certification represents an important recognition for organizations actively committed to promoting gender equality in the workplace. This certification is based on Legislative Decree No. 125/2015, which establishes the obligation for companies with more than 50 employees to adopt and implement gender equality policies.

Obtaining the PDR125 certification involves a rigorous evaluation process of an organization’s policies and practices regarding gender equality, covering areas such as the promotion of equal pay and the creation of an inclusive work environment that respects gender diversity.

MODEL 231

The Model 231 is an internal management and control system adopted by Italian companies to prevent crimes and administrative liabilities. Introduced by Legislative Decree 231/2001, it allows companies to exempt themselves from criminal liability arising from offenses committed by executives, employees, or collaborators in the interest or for the benefit of the company.

To be effective, the model requires the adoption of a code of ethics, an internal control body (Organismo di Vigilanza), and specific preventive procedures designed to minimize the risk of criminal offenses.
