Scuole Cristiane di Vercelli

The “Filippi La Salle” Foundation manages the first Integrated Education and Instruction Hub in Vercelli, dedicated to children aged 0 to 11. The hub includes the “Fata Turchina” micro-nursery and the “Scuole Cristiane,” comprising a Spring Section, a recognized Catholic Preschool, and a state-recognized and accredited Primary School.
The Integrated Education and Instruction System aims to guarantee all children, from birth to 11 years of age—the end of primary school—equal opportunities to develop their relational, autonomy, creativity, and learning potential, in order to overcome inequalities and territorial, economic, ethnic, and cultural barriers. The Foundation was created from the symbiosis of two educational institutions that have been present in Vercelli since the 1800s: the Scuole Cristiane and the Asilo Filippi.
The Foundation is a non-profit organization and operates to promote the public good, in accordance with principles of sound and sustainable management. It is non-partisan and operates without discrimination based on nationality, race, or religious affiliation. The purpose of the Foundation is to provide for the physical, moral, intellectual, and religious education of children and young people of both genders, throughout the various stages of pre-school and school life. In particular, the Foundation’s educational goal is the formation of a sound Christian moral conscience which, following the Lasallian pedagogical tradition, leads to openness toward others through cultural and personal development.
